The Tiger International Boxing Association (Tiger Boxing) was found in 11 March 1975 by Mr. Tiger Ng (Ng Kai Shing as seen on the right picture) the founder honorable chairman. Master Ng originates Fook Kin. was born in 7th January 1921 from a typical middle class Taiwanese family. In his early days, Master Ng was practising their Ng's type martial Art, and later he turn professional boxer in Japan. During his stay in Japan, he had won several open boxing competitions. Hw become the first Chinese Boxing in Japan and receiving highest regards in the Overseas Chinese Community there. |

Master Ng built the Taiwan Tiger Boxing Association in the forty's, With his expertise and guidance, he had successfully turned number of enthusiast to top professional boxer. Up till the present day. Tiger Boxing is given the name of "The cradle for the Champion Boxer". In the early 50's. Master Ng was expanding his view toward Hong Kong, and was became the trainer of Lee's Gym, Overseas Chinese Association's Gym, The Chinese Gym and the Maria Club. His pupil includes - Top Boxing Master Yuen Chi Keung, Olympics Athletes Lee Kam Wah, Fung Yuen Chi, Wong Hon San etc. Master Ng's pupils was then take charge of the training for Lee's Gym. Ocean Sport Club, Shamshipo Community, Tin Tin Sport Club as well as the British Army PTI Corp. Ng's helped to seed the boxer of the generation, whom included the boxer from the 60's - Cheung Ying See, Lam Wing Fai, Lam Tai Wai. So Hing Shing also the boxer from the 70's - Chan Chin Pang, Lee Man Wah, Lee Siu Wah, Lee Hon Cheung Lau Wing Kee, Wong Kwun Ming, Tsang Kon Fai, Kong Chi Hung. As well as the above, Master Yuen's Pupil - Leung Won Man, Chan Kam San. Cheung Su Kam. Chio Wai Man, Chu Ka Yuen etc. are listed a Tiger boxing's boxer. They had stormed the Hong Kong boxing field, and had overwhelm boxers form the British Army Boxing Corp. as well as boxers from the Far East.
In order to implement a good training centre. Mr. Lee Kam Wah, Cheung Ying See and Yuen Chi Keung was helped to form the Tiger Boxing in the 70's. After years of hard work, Tiger Boxing was formed on the 11 March 1975 and was granted the right to register as a legal entity as a formal sporting organization by the Hong Kong Government. Master Ng had spent his entire life in promoting boxing, and he left us with his though and everlasting spirit on the 17 June 1992 in Baptist Hospital. We, Ng Kam Hoi, To Sum (honorable Chairman). Mr. Tony (Senior Boxer). Wai Kai Shun, Wong Loong Tak, Cheung Kin Chong .Cheung Ying See (Chairman), Fung Yuen Chi (Operation Director), Chan Man Yee (Chief Instructor) and the committee of TIGER will both run along with TIGER toward the millennium, in order to carry on Master Ng's though and vision. We do hope that, with the association and ourselves, we can help the public to understand and to promote the boxing sport.
